FAQ • How long will it take to ship my package? We Be Dealin' ships via UPS ground*, providing fast, trackable and insured shipments. UPS Standard Ground usually delivers within 2 to 6 business days to your physical address. We ship to PO Boxes for an additional fee. All packages shipped to a PO Box are shipped via USPS priority and take 1-3 business days to be delivered once they ship. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pick-ups at this time. We are under contract with our warehouse to ship all items with them, since they handle, package, box, store and insure our products. If we have made an error while processing your order, we will pay 100% of the shipping fees to correct the problem. All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. An RMA number is valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued. Refunds A processing fee of 10 percent will apply to the value of merchandise returned for a refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after our receipt of the returned merchandise.
